Seriously, you can do lunges in there, maybe even build a bunk bed. It has his-and-her closet to keep your stuff separate, in case you're into that sort of thing. This house has so many closets. Like, so many. Much storage. Has Covid-19 turned your thumbs green? There's an apple and pear tree in the back and landscaping surrounding the home. What is a bird-bath patio area could easily be converted to a garden. Also there's a sprinkler system so when you move in, turn that bad boy on and the grass will be vibrant green in no time. There's also a natural fence to hide from your neighbors- although seller tells me they're friendly in case you don't want to hide behind your giant trees. Also: fire pit. The backyard is lit. It's perfect for a slip-n-slide and entertaining. Out door shed for storing gardening tools or party games. Grill is up for grabs if the price is right. In fact, everything you see can be negotiated into the deal. There is a full water filtration and softening system included in sale. Friends and family claim the home has, "The best tasting well water in Northern Michigan." So it's got that going for it, which is nice.
